Working in conjunction with a private developer this limited retail centre provides a flexible layout of six tenancies over 5300m² of lettable floor space. Adjustments can be made to the interior layout to cater for a leasee’s specific requirements. Constructed of concrete panel walls and a clear span steel portal frame the design provides an economical and versatile internal floor area. Carparking around the perimeter of the building provides premium customer access to the building which is situated on a high profile street corner in Geelong’s northern commercial retail sector. Completed 2022
