Completed in 2020, these two side-by-side single storey units were constructed for a local client. The sketch design provided by ‘Econstructions’ a local design construct builder was developed to complete the construction drawings to enable the construction of the units. The project comprises two three bedroom units each with an ensuite and walk in robe to main bedrooms as well as an additional bathroom to serve the other bedrooms. One unit provides a home for an owner occupier and the other as a rental investment. The front façades of the pair have been articulated to provide individuality to each unit and to add interest to what is otherwise a fairly dated street scape.
