Three existing shops occupy the ground floor of an active retail complex in a prominent local shopping and commercial strip. The client sought to develop the site to increase their rental yield which led to a concept being developed to take advantage of the existing outdoor carpark to create a first floor build over. This provided two new first floor office tenancies serviced by an accessible lift from the ground floor whilst maintaining the existing carpark inventory as an undercroft.
