Completed in 2020 these townhouses were designed for a private investor whose brief called for a maximisation of development potential for a small block in inner East Geelong. The resultant design produced two side-by-side townhouses which maximise the site yield and are specified to a high quality of internal and external finishes to maximise rental income and future capital growth.
