This project was developed for and based on a design by ‘Econstructions’ design & construct builders. Responding to the brief for an extension to an existing dwelling in Ocean Grove, the project provides for the future needs of a young and growing family by providing two additional bedrooms, an ensuite and WIR and additional living space. A secure garage and workshop is accommodated below.
