Completed in 2021 and perched upon a site encompassing premier views of Corio bay, the You Yangs and beyond, the client requested an extension and alterations to an existing 1970’s dwelling to provide additional living space and a bedroom that would take full advantage of the views offered by the site. Working with the design and construct builder ‘EConstructions’ the resultant design provides for a first floor bedroom extension taking full advantage of the available views and positioned above a new ground floor living, kitchen and dining area which further capitalises on the views and outdoor living potential.
