Eastern View Beach House – Geelong

Located in a heritage area of Geelong, the client’s brief for this project was for a contemporary style house with an accent on non-rectangular form and to maximise view potentials of Eastern Beach to the north and Geelong City to the south . The home is designed to provide the flexibility for ground floor living space for a retired couple with a lift accessing a the self-contained first floor living area for use for other family members.
